We are delighted to invite you to our next Legal Operations and Administration Forum (LOAF), which will focus on technology’s impact in the workplace.
How tech is going to transform the office
VENUE: The In & Out Naval and Military Club, 4 St. James’ Square, London SW1Y 4JU
DATE: Tuesday 30th April
TIME: 16:00 – 18:00 (with networking drinks and canapes after the event)
In an era defined by AI and post-pandemic shifts, grasping and navigating the profound influence of technology on our workplaces remains essential. It’s no wonder that our upcoming LOAF revisits this crucial topic. While we won’t have time to delve into every aspect, we’ll hone in on several key areas. As always, we welcome our LOAF members to contribute their own insights and experiences regarding ongoing or anticipated tech transformation initiatives.
Our Chair, Chris Bull, will open up the session with a look at some of the big legal technology and innovation trends that will influence not just how lawyers work but where they work over coming years.
Our special guests for this session are experts in two very different aspects of workplace tech innovation. Ian Sinclair, CEO from PRS, and Ann-Marie Aguilar, Senior Vice President of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), will drill into the potential to create dramatically healthier offices by using cutting-edge science and technology to transform the quality of air we breathe. Ian will also dip into the learnings from one of the most recent PRS projects with Clifford Chance in London.
William Wood, from communications technology house Marlin Communications, will explain how office-based video and audio technologies are transforming in a world disrupted and stimulated by the widespread adoption of hybrid working, Zoom and Teams telephony. We will also explore “what’s next” for meeting and collaboration technology.
