Responsible for driving profitable growth, enabling a high-performance culture and delivering superior client service and solutions, her functional expertise across technology enabled business services is helping Williams Lea deliver to its fullest potential.
Clare’s previous executive roles include: Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Sterling Talent Solutions, President, CEO and Board member of Infogroup; Executive Vice President, Dow Jones & Company, a News Corporation Company, and President, Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group and President and CEO of Factiva, a joint venture between Dow Jones and Reuters.
Shanti Lakhmi
Interim CFO
Shanti is an accomplished financial leader with experience driving value and optimizing financial processes for global organizations. She ensures data-driven excellence and operational efficiency across all financial operations.
Before joining Williams Lea, Shanti held key roles in top organizations, including Vice President of Corporate Planning at Moody’s Corporation, Director of Finance at McGraw Hill Education, and Associate Director at S&P Global, where she delivered strategic and impactful financial leadership.
Ed Rasmussen
Executive Vice President, Global Financial and Professional Services
In his 21 year tenure with Williams Lea, Ed has held a variety of Operational and Account Management roles within the business and has built global operations inclusive of existing and new client start-ups, offshore operations and bespoke BPO solutions across various financial and professional service lines. Ed is responsible for driving innovation and new initiatives within the existing service scope, identifying new areas of opportunity, as well as leading global teams to provide superior service and achieve exceptional performance standards.
Joseph McSpadden
Executive Vice President, Global Legal Services
Joe oversees our global legal sector business. His 30 plus years’ leadership experience in the business services industry is instrumental to our growth in the US legal sector and the continued expansion of our onshore virtual support centers in Wheeling, WV and Columbus, OH.
Before joining Williams Lea, in 2016, Joe held senior executive positions in operations and business development with Xerox Business Services, Bowne Business Solutions, Bowne & Co., RSM McGladrey and RR Donnelley.
Alastair Kelly
Managing Director, APAC
Responsible for the success of Williams Lea’s APAC operations across 10 countries including Greater China, Japan, Australia and Singapore; Alastair specializes in managing and motivating multicultural teams, leading operations and delivering tech-enabled solutions.
Prior to joining Williams Lea, Alastair was Head of International Operations at Broadridge Asset Management Solutions and held senior regional leadership roles at Fintech companies Eze Software and Dealogic. He started his career in management consultancy in the UK, specializing in technology-driven business process re-engineering.
Hillary McNally
Chief Revenue Officer
A proven leader in tech-enabled business transformation, Hillary brings a wealth of experience driving growth for legal and corporate clients to her role as Williams Lea’s CRO. She is passionate about partnering with clients to deliver solutions that transform their organizations and drive success.
Her background includes more than 25 years of progressively senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters. Most recently she was General Manager, Corporates Legal for Thomson Reuters, which included Financial and Professional Services firms, and prior to that, Vice President, Sales and Client Management, Global Large Law Firms.
Nick Morgan
Chief Technology Officer
Nick combines business and technology acumen to drive innovation and growth initiatives for Williams Lea worldwide. Responsible for delivery of technology-enabled solutions to our clients across services and sectors, Nick’s success at Williams Lea is highlighted by multiple complex technology engagements, including technology integrations, application consolidation and development and on-going support for ENGAGE, our digital client platform.
Prior to joining William Lea six years ago, Nick spent more than a decade in technology leadership roles with Deutsche Post DHL, supporting the technology requirements across a range of business units and sectors.
Blesson John
CEO and Managing Director, India
Blesson is a Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and oversees our best-in-class offshore support operations in Chennai and Cochin, India.
He has built and led teams in creative and digital services, business excellence, innovation, data and analytics, public relations and communications.
Prior to joining Williams Lea in 2008, Blesson was responsible for establishing global contact centers and transitioning back office operation services for Zenta Mortgage Services, Sutherland Global Services, and Choice Connex.
Jean Brody
Chief Marketing Officer
As head of Williams Lea’s global marketing and communications team, Jean brings more than 25 years of experience designing and executing B-to-B marketing and branding strategies that engage clients and drive growth. Jean supports the execution of Williams Lea’s strategy, articulating market proposition, and building brand awareness through product, content and digital marketing programs.
Jean joined Williams Lea in 2012 and held both regional and global marketing and communications roles. Prior to that, she held senior marketing roles at RR Donnelley, Bowne & Co., and Vestcom International.
Tomas Miranda
Chief Strategy Officer
Tomas is responsible for designing business cases for investments that will enable growth. In his Governance role, Tomas manages the governance structures that enable organizational effectiveness. Beyond these core roles, Tomas leads the pricing and pipeline reporting functions that drive our profit strategies.
Prior to joining Williams Lea, Tomas spent five years at McKinsey & Co., focusing on serving Private Equity clients – his time at McKinsey was spent in four different offices (Buenos Aires, Madrid, London and Dublin) and his international project experience stretched to APAC, Africa and North America.
Karen Scimeca
Global Head of Human Resources
Since joining Williams Lea in 1996 as HR manager, Karen has followed an upward career trajectory to her current role as executive leader of Williams Lea’s global HR function, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development.
Karen specializes in executing talent strategies which effectively meet and enhance business performance through recruitment, development and retention of our most valuable assets, our associates.
Karen is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is championing Williams Lea’s efforts to establish an authentic and sustainable DE&I program that further strengthens our business.
Erin Wiggins
General Counsel – Global Head of Legal and Compliance
Erin leads a team of dynamic legal professionals that collectively manage the legal and compliance standards for Williams Lea world-wide. He also oversees our global ESG initiatives, including risk and compliance, sustainability, and DE&I.
Erin brings both law firm and in-house counsel experience to our executive team. His previous roles include General Counsel for TS Tech Americas, a tier-1 auto parts manufacturer, where he developed and implemented policies for its 7,000 employees and managed all aspects of the company’s legal work, and litigation associate at the law firms of Hahn Loeser & Parks, Paul Weiss, and Weil Gotshal.
